Terms of Use
Effective date: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TakeAim. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TakeAim.
Purpose of the service
TakeAim provides tools for planning shooting activities, organizing training sessions, and managing related profiles and information. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, or safety advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must not impersonate another person or claim a profile that does not belong to you.
Safe and lawful use
You must use TakeAim only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for following all applicable laws, range rules, equipment instructions, and recognized firearm safety practices. Never rely on TakeAim as a substitute for qualified instruction, supervision, or your own safety assessment.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others. Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms are violated or when needed to protect the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information and content you submit. You grant TakeAim the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content for operation of the service.
Availability and disclaimer
TakeAim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the TakeAim maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
